How should I answer a customer service pre-interview question?

Provide a brief description of why you are a good fit for this position (customer service)? Should I look up a lot of job requirements for customer service jobs to answer the question?

Simple answer - - - "I'm a people person, a good listener, patient and understanding, I enjoy helping people resolve issues & misunderstandings." There is no need for a lot of research; speak clearly, enunciate, resonate positive pro-active confidence. Good Luck ... Peace.

I have learned that if you need to ask about things like this, then this sort of work is not your direction in life. Customers will always come up with curly questions...and if don't know how toanswer the question for the position, then is it really the job for you?
