How do I get a Fl RN license if I am a foreigner residing legally in the US?

I reside in the US legally for over 5 yrs. I never got my RN license here because I had 3 babies in 5 years . I would like to go back to nursing and I want to know what steps do I have to take for my Florida RN license. I have a diploma in nursing (3 yrs college) from Romania .

Contact the Florida State Board of Nursing. They are the only ones who can tell you if you can be licensed or if you need to take the NCLEX first, etc.
