Sounds awkward but a good start. To obtain a position in an organization that will benefit from my initiative, capabilities, and contribution. I am especially interested in a position with the potential for advancement and increased decision-making responsibilities.

A:
The "where my knowledge and skills can be applied" part sounds somewhat redundant and unnecessary. Maybe say "and where I can improve the efficiency and operations of the business".

The sentence is awkward. Try rewording it. It's a good start, but the part that says "where my knowledge and skills can be applied" doesn't seem right.

Put that under experience instead. U really don't have to put in an objective. Cover letter is much more important.
