Many people think these are the same, but they are not. Full time, like a "day man" who is also a "third key" is on a regular schedule. Part time, such as a waitress working only the lunch rush, is less than full time and still on a set schedule.
Everyone else, because they are scheduled at the manager's discretion from cycle to cycle, is casual. Even if you are scheduled for forty hours and the hours do not replicate from schedule to schedule, it is still casual. Also, because this number of hours is not implied, the amount from week to week can change significantly.
You would only check PT if you were willing to commit to a long term, regular schedule. Also, you would parenthesize your availability, (E) (W) or (E&W), in both the casual and part time boxes.
By checking FT you are implying an availability of at least three days during the week between 4pm-6am. Two more on the weekend would be full time-casual and the range would be referenced as (E,N&W).
The purpose of this, rather than mentioning "summer", would be to position yourself in the company for the summer break and show your willingness to fit in as needed. Good Luck.

Full time is roughly 40 hours a week, casual is 20-35 hours a week, part time it 10-20 hours a week.

Part time is usually less than 30 hours a week. Casual can be any number of hours. You can work 40 hours 1 week or work 10 hours the next. Casual's can be on-call too depending on the company. Sometimes casuals do not get full benefits like full time employees get, depending on the company. I was a casual for the post office and I worked full time hours (40+ hours a week) but I did not get benefits and they could let me go at any time for any reason if the season got slow and they didn't need much help anymore. Then they could hire me back whenever it picked up again.
