How should a resume look for a receptionist job?

Hi,
Most people think the most important thing on a resume is education and previous jobs. This is wrong.
Yes you should include these things, BUT, the most important things are your ATTRIBUTES, and your ACHIEVEMENTS.
It's all about how you present the information. It's not only about what you have done in the past, it's about what you can do in the future.
Employers want to know what you can do for them.
