not one you have to pay for i meant one in high school or even college that has to do with data entry or anything that has to do with being an administrative assistant

If you're in high school...see if your high school offers some sort of partnership with a local vocational school. In my area, they do, and students get credits for going. To a high school student, the training is free, and many times, there is an administrative assistant course offering. A word to the wise, though...know what type of office environment you want to work in, because I've found it QUITE difficult to be an AA when overweight. If you're not "eye candy", they pass you by. Just personal experience there...but it's more forgiveable in medical for some reason.
