I recently applied for a job in retail with a well-known cellular phone company. I have to take a questionnaire of 50 questions about morality, attitude, coworker relationship, and personality. Is there a right way to answer?

Best Answer:
Use your commen sense. Think of yourself as an employer, how would you want those questions answered? But you should also be honest too.
A:
Be as honest as you can be.
Some of those questions are just repeated but in varying forms, so you will get caught if you are being dishonest.
Best advice: Be yourself.

Answer them completely honest. Those types of tests are set up to try to "weed out" the people that are lying and try to answer the way they believe is right. If you are honest, it should be fine. They understand nobody is perfect. So if they see "perfect" answers they will no you didn't answer honestly, and will not want to hire you.
