Our People Committee is comprised of employees from all around our system whose mission is to ensure the Pinnacle Spirit is alive and well. We have a New Hire Experience Committee whose function is to ensure our new hires feel welcomed and valued. We encourage a fun environment with a family feel. Our employees are provided learning opportunities through our Pinnacle Management University, and our Corporate Education Center where leadership and elective classes are available to assist them in improving current job skills or helping to prepare them for their next Pinnacle position.
