(4+ years experience; B.S. - Bus Admin, Comp Science or related degree)
Individual must posses audit and/or quality assurance review experience in system or loan processing operations, work independently, provide independent analysis and objective observations regarding this projects systems and loan servicing operations.
May perform one or more of the following:
- Help to improve the quality management system of this large student loan servicing business unit.
- Conduct, support and/or coordinate process, procedural and compliance reviews and audits. Desirable to have knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001:2008 and CMMI.
- Provide independent and objective quality assurance and quality control evaluations of system(s), software and hardware modifications, interfaces, sub-systems on various stand-alone or interactive platforms, and financial servicing operations.
- Help ensure compliance with applicable SOW, student loan regulations and procedural requirements by evaluating and recommending modifications to achieve compliance or process efficiencies.
- Identify and investigate areas of potential fraud, waste or abuse within the student loan program environment.
- Reviews and recommends quality standards, tripwires and methodologies to improve overall conformance with SOW and CSB Program requirements.
- Support the operation of the organization's total quality management (TQM) program
- Help develop systematic approaches for assuring high quality services that meet customer needs
· Develop and implement key process improvement efforts and influence cross-functional efforts
· Develop systematic approaches for assuring high quality services
- All other duties as assigned
