Immediately Hiring a Bilingual On Site Manager for Evening Shift!



General Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily operations of temporary workforce at a specific site location. Liaison between client and employees.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Work closely with client management to understand and meet needs and expectations.

· Constant communication with clients and employees to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Maintain staffing levels as required by client. Ensure client orders are processed and filled timely.

· Source and interview candidates for job openings.

· Maintain candidate & employee data base.

· Check candidate references, drug test and background screenings when required

· Extend job offers. Schedule as appropriate.

· Update and maintain timekeeping system.

· Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and employees are fully documented and screening completed.

· Maintain employee files and forward paperwork to corporate as required.

· New hire shift check-ins.

· Continual coaching/counseling/training of new and existing employees.

· Provide Instructions on safety, policies, procedures, time reporting, reporting of absences, etc.

· Conduct facility safety inspections; observe, determine & report unsafe conditions & unsafe employee actions

· Complete on-the-job accident/injury reports. Forward to Corporate WC dept. Direct employee on proper procedure for filing claims; direct to appropriate medical facility if necessary.

· Collect data for time worked and distribute, for approval, to dept managers.

· Weekly distribution of approved timesheets to payroll department for processing.

· Distribute payroll checks.

· Follow-up on payroll discrepancies.

· Monitor attendance, track tardiness and absences. Request supporting documentation if required.

· Prepare and deliver disciplinary notices as needed.

· Maintain termination paperwork and prepare Separation Notices. Submit to Corporate HR.

· Attend client meetings.

Education/Experience:

  • Previous on-site experience preferred.
  • Staffing/Recruiting experience preferred.
  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish.
