POSITION OVERVIEW
While upholding department and company policies, the Corporate Trainer's role is to meet or exceed performance goals by providing guidance, mentoring and training to new team members assigned to a specific division within ProVest.

This is to be achieved by providing team members with a thorough understanding of all functions, managing an experiential learning process, offering supervised, hands-on experience with training and live files, managing the daily workflow for the team, measuring individual performance progress, evaluating readiness to assume an active, functional role, interfacing with Training and Development, HR, and Operations, and providing a caring learning environment for all assigned to the team. When not engaged in running a "camp", the regular duties of a corporate trainer will be assumed, engaging in various projects as assigned.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
-Adhere to department and company Policies and Procedures
-Manage daily workflow to achieve performance goals
-Provide in-depth, measured learning experience in each service management function
-Understand and drive high competence among team members to deliver quality customer service
-Inspire and maintain a high degree of motivation in team members to offer consistent, quality service
-Provide guidance, mentoring, coaching, and training to the team
-Measure individual performance growth of team members
-Drive Key Performance Indicators to required levels
-Ensure meaningful and effective experiential learning occurs
-Receive input/feedback from Training and Development, HR, and Operations
-Provide positive recognition, mentoring and guidance to team members
-Provide quality assurance checks within team to report on quality of work performed
-Perform duties while upholding leadership traits and qualities
-Provide status reports to Training and Development, and/or Operations as required
-Create a sound, continuous learning environment in accordance with guidelines and as directed by Training and Development
-Create and support a fair but fun work environment
-Ensure organization is maintained with daily work and management
-Ensure effective communication
-Demonstrate positive and productive support of new initiatives
-Conduct team meetings and individual coaching sessions as needed based on observation and assessment of performance
-Direct and monitor team activities daily to anticipate and prevent problems, and to assess readiness of team members to active, work assignments
-Allocate resources from team judiciously when operational needs are presented
-Assess training needs, design instructional materials, develop and deliver training as requested
-Perform other training duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
-BS/BA in Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design or related field
-1-5 years in a training/educational role and/or experience equivalent
-Experienced group facilitator
-Some instructional design/development experience or training
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast paced, changing environment
-Positive attitude and proven ability to take initiative to solve problems
-Demonstrate the needed competence and passion for leading and helping others to succeed
