Company Driver

Teton Transportation offers the following benefits for Company Drivers:

  • $0.02 Quarterly Mileage Bonus (must average 2500 miles per week)

Pay Plan

Experience Weekly Base Pay
1 to 2 years $0.33
2 to 3 years $0.34
3 to 5 years $0.35
5 or more years $0.36
* Pay Plan is based on the experience of your last four jobs.
* $0.30 first 90 days, then to $0.33 on approval of safety and operations.

All drivers receive a $0.01 base mileage increase annually on their anniversary date up to maximum of $0.36.

All drivers also receive $0.02 mileage bonus if they meet the requirements (average 2500 miles per week), paid quarterly.

Orientation Pay

New Hires $100 after taking first dispatch
Rehires $ 0 if rehired within 90 days-minimal time to re-qualify and back in computer.
$50 if rehired within 3-12 months-must do 2nd day of orientation again.
$100 if rehired after 1 year-must do complete orientation again.
