Multi-Property Manager position open to candidate w/management & computer skills



Locally-owned rental property business in Bloomington needs General Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of property management experience, good overall computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and at least a working knowledge of Quick Books, a good working knowledge of employment laws as they relate to the employer/employee relationship, and sales experience.

Only candidates with management experience and good overall computer skills will be considered.

Skills specific to the rental property industry, employment law and Quick Books are not required, but make a candidate more desirable. Qualified candidates with good management and computer skills, but no rental property, employment law or Quick Books experience can be trained in those specific skills on the job.
