Explore this opportunity for ASSISTANT STORE MANAGERS
Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Drive sales and achieve personal and store goals.
- Assist in managing all aspects of a product driven retail operation to provide exceptional customer service.
- Represent Hancock Fabrics' values, emphasizing a positive work environment that is fun and creative.
- Show pride in your work and a passion for the product and your business.
- Assist in the training and development of great teams using frequent and honest communication.
- Discuss business related issues with Store Manager and District Manager.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Retail experience a plus (1 year prior management experience preferred).
- Demonstrate a high level of energy, drive, and initiative.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Have a passion for fabric and sewing.
